Clear2Love is a relationship communication tool that allows partners to track and share how they feel about different dimensions of their relationship. The Service is designed to facilitate open, honest communication between partners and is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Shared Spaces and Partner Access

Clear2Love allows you to create shared spaces and invite a partner. By creating a shared space and inviting another person, you consent to sharing certain information (such as your dial settings and relationship dimension ratings) with that person. You are responsible for only inviting individuals you trust with this information.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including your relationship ratings and personal notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your partner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Clear2Love is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear2Love shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from relationship decisions made based on information shared through the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
